You'll taste fresh cacao-pulp, hear the history of cacao and learn how to transform roasted cacao beans into your very own chocolate bar. On the round-trip drive, enjoy views of the Castries Market, Morne Fortune, Marigot Bay, Anse La Raye which is a fishing village and the area's verdant banana plantations. Be prepared to take part of the 1 1/2 hour chocoloate making session . You also get the chance to make your very own chocolate whether it's dark or milky, whatever your preferences may be!!
