- Transfers are available to the same meeting point only. If you wish to be dropped off elsewhere, an additional fee of 500–1,000 THB will be charged depending on the location.

- To ensure participant safety, this activity is restricted to individuals aged 5 to 60 years. Children below the age of 5 are not allowed. Participants need to demonstrate a minimum vertical reach of 120 cm. Due to equipment limitations, the maximum weight allowed for this activity is 120 kg.
- Individuals over 61 years of age are advised not to participate. Pregnant individuals and those with back, neck, acrophobia, joint, or muscle problems should carefully evaluate their participation.
- Please allow approximately 4 hours for the complete tour experience, including transportation to and from your hotel. The activity itself will last for 2 hours.
- Please be aware that the itinerary and schedule are subject to change without prior notice, based on tide and local weather conditions.
- Please do not change the hotel name within 24 hours before the departure time. If the hotel name is changed within 24 hours, the hotel pick-up service will be cancelled, and guests must go to the meeting point on their own.
