- All passengers 18 years of age and older must present government-issued photo ID
- For comfort and weight/balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 300 lbs will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour
- Individual passenger weights, including infants, MUST be advised at time of booking
- Infant children are considered a lap child if they are under the age of two and have proof of age, such as a passport or a copy of their birth certificate
- Guests must arrange their own transportation to Matteo’s Ristorante Italiano at The Venetian Resort for dinner.
- Each party will have their own private table during dinner.
- After dinner, a shared transfer is provided from The Venetian Resort to the Las Vegas helicopter terminal.
- The helicopter flight is shared with up to six passengers (excluding the pilot).
- After the flight, a shared transfer is provided to designated hotel drop-off locations.
