Your 1.5-hour tour will begin at Loughcrew Megalithic Centre in Oldcastle, where you will visit the traditional Irish home of Maggie Heaney. Next you will walk to the highest point in the Boyne Valley giving you spectacular views over Ireland's Ancient East. Learn why our stone age ancestors built these extraordinary structures, hear the legend of the Cailleach (Witch), sit on her throne and enter the chamber of passage tomb ''Cairn T''.
