Overview
Your culinary adventure begins by a private pick-up from your hotel. Thereafter you will be driven to an apartment.There you will learn how to prepare the famous Ukrainian dishes under her guidance. You do not have to be a professional chef to cook simple dishes like borsch and varenyky. Under the guidance of a local hostess, you will prepare the most popular Ukrainian soup – borsch. Its main ingredients are potato, cabbage, carrot and beetroot, which gives the soup an instant red color. You will learn some tips that make borsch especially savory. Another traditional dish- varenyky, reminds a bit Polish pierogi or Italian ravioli but has some significant distinctions. You will learn to shape varenyky correctly and discover how to serve them when the dish is ready. Hostess will also share with you interesting facts about traditional Ukrainian cuisine. By that time, your mouthwatering culinary masterpieces will be ready for you.
