- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

- Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
- Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries

- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness

- Should the Tour be cancelled for any reason, we will offer you another Tour/ time slot or full refund.

- German speaking guides cannot be guaranteed on every tour. The owner is German speaking. Should he be pre booked we can unfortunately he will not be available
- As Namibia official language is English and German speaking population is very small we cannot guarantee German speaking tour guides esp. in peak season and when a Cruise liner is in the Harbour
- please note all Cruise Liner passengers, your tour pick up time starts an hour after you have docked. The tour will depart latest an hour and a half after the pick up time. Late comers are considered a no show
