This 2-hour Oyster Odyssey takes you through Casco Bay’s hidden waterways to Mere Point Oyster Farm, where the ocean’s bounty comes to life. Watch as local farmers tumble, sort, and grade oysters at the floating work platform while sharing insights into aquaculture, sustainability, and the incredible journey from seed to shell. You’ll have 45 minutes with our knowledgeable guide, getting an up-close look at the farm’s operations. Then it’s time to taste: 6 freshly shucked oysters, a lobster roll with chips, and a signature goodie bag to take home. This small-group experience is part scenic cruise, part culinary discovery, and all Maine charm.
