- The Orsay Museum is closed every Monday, May 1 and December 25. The late opening rate applies on Thursdays, for visits starting at 6pm - the museum closes at 9:45pm - last access at 9pm.
- During peak seasons, expect lines at security checkpoints. Please note that your ticket does not provide priority access. In the busiest periods, entry may take longer than usual.
- We recommend arriving at the museum at least 2 hours before closing time during peak season, preferably 3 hours, to ensure entry
- Ticket valid for one entry only at the indicated date and time. You may stay as long as you like, but cannot leave and reenter the museum.
- Large bags are not permitted and luggage of up to 56x45x25 cm may be stored onsite.
- Entry will take place at the Museum Forecourt – 2 (Blue Zone), via the queue marked “Visitor with non time-stamped ticket.
