- Toyotomi Ishigaki Museum: Full elevator access is available for those with mobility needs.
- Osaka Castle Tower: No photography on 3rd & 4th floors due to cultural assets. Toyotomi Ishigaki Museum: Photos allowed of stone walls only. No video record
- Information Desk Located on the 1st and 5th floors. Multilingual staff available. Free audio guides in Japanese, English, Korean, and Chinese (limited quantity).
- High school and college students are eligible for student rates. You will be asked to present student IDs on site. Overseas students are asked to present an International Student Identification Card (ISIC).
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue
- Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member Flash photography is prohibited inside the venue Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

- No Show policy: Failure to report on time will result in a No Show, and no rescheduling or refund will be provided.

- E-Tickets will be forwarded via Email by one day before the tour date. No need to print, you can show from smart phone itself.
