- Service hours are from 07:00 to 21:00. For service between 21:01 and 06:59, a night fee must be paid directly to the driver-guide.
- Please wait for your driver in the hotel lobby at the agreed pick-up time. Exact time may vary by hotel location—confirm with your driver-guide.
- It is recommended to purchase optional tickets in advance on your own, as buying from the guide on the day of the tour does not guarantee availability.
