- Parking: Parking is not available at the meeting point. Transportation to and from the departure location is not included.
- Closed Attractions: If a scenic spot is closed, an alternative will be provided. COVID-19 may affect attraction hours and capacity.
- Booster Seats: For state law, Children under the age of 6 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel.
- Health Requirements: Guests with disabilities must provide advance notice. Wheelchair-accessible buses are not guaranteed without prior approval.

- Room Details All hotel rooms are equipped with either two Full/Double beds or one King/Queen bed, depending on availability at the hotel on the day of check-in. - Important Notes East Gate Access: Opens on 05/02/2025. Before this date, attractions like Upper and Lower Falls, Artist Point, Hayden Canyon, Mud Volcano, Fishing Bridge, and West Thumb Geyser will be inaccessible. South Gate Access: Opens on 05/10/2025. West Thumb Geyser remains inaccessible from 05/02 to 05/09/2025. Thank you for your understanding.
- Rafting Restrictions in Grand Teton National Park Age Requirement: Children must be at least 5 years old. Weight Requirement: Participants must weigh at least 50 pounds.
- Stargazing is subject to weather conditions and the moon's phases. The tour guide will strive to arrange the best time for observation. Thank you for your understanding, and please refer to the actual conditions during your visit.
- For guests joining this tour, we offer complimentary airport transfers. No matter what time you arrive, you’ll be picked up without waiting for other passengers. If you require airport pick-up, please contact the tour operator in advance.
- Each guest is permitted to bring only one carry-on luggage item (maximum dimensions approximately: length 65cm × width 45cm × height 28cm or smaller, similar to a 26-inch suitcase).
