Overview
Tofu is a central ingredient in Japanese cuisine. Around 200 years ago during the Edo period, tofu dishes were already so popular that a book which introduces 100 different dishes became a bestseller. Tofu is made from soybeans, which is over 100 varieties in Japan. We are using our most favorite kind of soybean, so flavorful and fresh. So how about making your own delicious tofu and enjoy some kinds of soy cuisines? During the class, you can learn about history of Tofu and Soy cuisines. After the class, we will give you photos of the experience and recipes. Please enjoy the whole of tofu and soy cuisines!
