Overview
This tour has been conceived to suit visitors that are keen to discover one of most iconic Normandy sights on a day trip from Bayeux (or even from Paris, via Bayeux, by train!). Historian by education and guide-lecturer by trade, I take it upon myself to make this experience both interesting and informative regardless of the visitors age. *Explore the village and the Abbey of Mont Saint Michel (UNESCO World Heritage Site) in the company of your private guide; *The guided tour of the Abbey is part of the experience. *Round-trip from the door-step of your hotel or Bayeux train-station; *Scenic drive through the picturesque Normandy countryside in an air-conditioned mini-van. Please note that, given the distances involved, the itinerary includes a 1h30' drive from Bayeux to Mont Saint Michel (which means a total of three hours both ways)
