After a scenic two-hour drive north, you’ll step into the heart of Ribera del Duero - a land of rolling vineyards, historic villages, and world-class Tempranillo. Your day begins with visits to two carefully selected wineries, where you’ll taste a range of styles and learn how tradition and innovation coexist in the region. Next, settle into a traditional restaurant for a long Spanish lunch featuring the local speciality: lechazo asado, suckling lamb roasted slowly in a wood-fired oven: a true highlight of Ribera’s gastronomy.
