One of the most expensive and beautiful bridges in Europe is waiting for us - the swan bridge, which rests on one pylon and proudly rises above the stormy waters of the Meuse River. We will walk with you along the alley of memory and sorrow of the 2nd World War and remember that we had one common huge tragedy in the past. A striking contrast for us will be the building of the City Hall, which is one of the few objects in the city that remained intact after the bombing of 1940.
