Overview
An Amazing hike in one of the highest points in São Miguel Island. If you are looking for perfect combination of mountains, valleys, endemic vegetation and lagoons, then this is the right hike for you! During this tour you will also have the opportunity see one of the most famous views in the island - Boca do Inferno - where you can see the the full rim of the caldera of Sete Cidades. In the end of this hike, you will also be mesmerized by the main viewpoint in Sete Cidades - Vista do Rei - where you can see the too lagoons united, forming a unique sight in the world. This hike is 4.9 km long (3 miles), of medium difficulty level and it takes around 2 hours to complete.
