- Open daily from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm, with last entry at 8:00 pm.
- The experience lasts about 60 minutes, but there's no time limit once you pass the entrance area.
- A child is aged 4 to 12 years, while an adult is aged 13 years and above.
- Children must always be accompanied by an adult. The accompanying adult/ guardian acknowledges and agrees to these ticket and admission terms and conditions.
- Ticket allows for ONE single entry where the Experience is a one-way journey, and guests will not be allowed to re-enter the Experience.
