- To obtain your physical ticket, present your VIATOR voucher to a FLORENCE WITH LOCALS staff member. They will be located in front of the Carrefour Supermarket at Via Ricasoli, 115 (RED Number), Florence. Please note that this is not an office address; a staff member will be standing outside the supermarket to exchange your voucher for the physical ticket.
