The floating village of Kampong Phluk is located 31 kilometers east of Siem Reap, nestled among lush, often-flooded mangroves. Known for its distinctive stilt houses, this fishing village offers an ever-changing landscape due to Cambodia's wet and dry seasons. During the rainy season (June to March ), the water level rises, and locals travel by boat. In the dry season, some walking is required.
