- Ticket Check: Strict real-name policy enforced. Bring your original passport for entry.
- Operating Hours: 7:00 - 16:00.
- Amendments: Changes to route, date, time slot, or traveler details are not permitted after confirmation. To make changes, a new booking must be created, and any ticket loss will be borne by the visitor.
- Entry Time: Enter only during your reserved time slot. Missed entries due to personal reasons are non-refundable.
- Time-Slot Policy: Entry is strictly allowed only during your reserved slot—no early or late entry. Please follow on-site instructions.

- -Summit Cable Car: Connects "Cloud Fairy Peak" to Tianmen Temple. 25 CNY/one-way.
- -Tianmen Escalator: Links the square below to Tianmen Cave (alternative to the 999 steps). 32 CNY/one-way.
- -Glass Walkways: Optional experience. 5 CNY/section. Weather-dependent operation.
- Insurance: Included in the package.
- Queuing: Waiting may be required during peak visits. Duration varies onsite. Thank you for your understanding.
- Force Majeure: Partial closures may occur due to weather or safety concerns. No refunds will be issued for such cases. Please book accordingly.
