Overview
We have been asked by a number of guests to organize and plan special events such as marriage proposals in the past. Instead of only planning the marriage proposals/ engagements when it is requested of us, we thought it would be great to offer this to guests so they know this is an option. This is very unique since there are many picturesque locations in Japan and many people want a special environment and moment to pop the question to their significant other. This is a very memorable experience for inbound tourists that want a special and stress-free proposal.

- Although this is a private tour, the events coordinator will only wait for you for up to 45 minutes of start time before the tour is cancelled
- If your cancellation falls within the fees applied to the Standard Cancellation Policy, the service fee of 15% will no longer take effect. You will only be responsible for the cancellation fee specified in the Standard Cancellation Policy. Please carefully review the terms and conditions specified on the checkout page.
- Guests are provided with the events coordinator’ phone number before the tour and you can call the events coordinator if you need help.
- We ask that all guests arrive at the location at least 10 minutes before the designated meet-up time
- Please make bookings at least two months prior to the proposal date so we have enough time to plan
- Once the itinerary is arranged with the event coordinator, this booking cannot be refunded.
- Strict Cancellation Policy:
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 45 days or less before event
