Unlike most steak restaurants, you can opt to order a few of the small plates to get a sampling of steaks, tartare, ceviche or whatever combination best suits your palate. In this AAA Four Diamond® restaurant, the food is cooked in an open kitchen, and you should consider adding an impressively prepared specialty cocktail to your meal.

If you want to experience Las Vegas like a local, leave the Strip and head toward Fremont Street. Downtown Container Park is a curious grouping of shops, where you’ll be greeted with a giant metal praying mantis that occasionally shoots fire from its antennae. But what’s most unique is that the shops in this outdoor mall are housed in old shipping containers.

Gordon Ramsay lives up to his celebrity chef status at his AAA Four Diamond rated steak restaurant fashioned in bright blue and red, Londonesque décor. You can’t go wrong with any of the menu options, but we think the American Wagyu rib cap is the best steak in Las Vegas. If you aren’t watching calories too closely, save room for Ramsay’s traditional British dessert of sticky toffee pudding.

The Shops at ARIA may not be the biggest mall on the Strip, but if you are in the mood to casually stroll and window shop or spend some of your jackpot winnings, this is a fantastic option. ARIA’s décor is very clean and modern, and perhaps, best of all are the art displays. You will have the opportunity to admire paintings and sculptures in the two galleries.
