While only El Paso residents can obtain a free library card, visitors are welcome to peruse the shelves or purchase a temporary library card.

The main branch of the library is located in downtown El Paso. If you’re driving there, I-10 provides easy access to downtown; look for parking in nearby garages. Sun Metro buses are also an option, or you can walk or bike if you’re already downtown.
