Spanning 11.8 million square feet (1.1 million square meters), the Galaxy Macau is a massive resort on the Cotai Strip. Featuring six luxury hotels, over 120 restaurants and bars, more than 200 shops, and options ranging from gaming machines and tables to laser shows to wave pools and waterparks, there’s plenty to keep you entertained.
The Basics
Five gaming areas offer 1,500 gaming machines and 650 table games. There are plenty of nongaming options as well. A multitude of dining and shopping options will delight foodies ad shopaholics, while three spas offer pampering and relaxation. The massive Grand Resort Deck is an exciting water park that features the Skytop Adventure Rapids, the 53,820-square-foot (5,000-square-meter) Skytop Wave Pool, and a white-sand beach.

How to Get There
Galaxy Macau is located on the Cotai Strip, approximately 4.6 miles (7.5 kilometers) from the Macau Ferry Terminal and 2.2 miles (3.5 kilometers) from the Macau International Airport. The resort offers free shuttle buses to and from the ferry terminals from 9am to midnight.
When to Get There
Galaxy Macau offers plenty of entertainment options at all times of the day and night. To catch the Laserama show, which runs eight times daily and lasts about 10 minutes, visit at night. The Fortune Diamond show takes place every 20 to 30 minutes.
Fortune Diamond and Galaxy Laserama
The Fortune Diamond show is a multimedia experience that takes place in the Diamond Lobby. Watch as a giant diamond emerges from the water, rotates, and then disappears again into a roulette-themed fountain. The Galaxy Laserama, meanwhile, projects lasers into the sky for one of the largest laser shows in the world, which is visible across Macau.
