From Birmingham New Street station, it’s easy to go to the Gun Quarter by bus. Just get the #23 Platinum or #24 Platinum to Corporation Street (Stop PQ3), about a 10-minute walk away. Another option is taking bus #65, #67, or #68 to the Aston University stop, which is also a short walk away.

To explore the Gun Quarter at your own pace, without the big weekend crowds, it’s a good idea to arrive on a weekday morning. Many travelers opt for the warmer months of the year (usually July through August) to walk around and see the historical buildings that are still remaining in the area.
