KCC Farmers’ Market
4303 Diamond Head Road, Honolulu, Oahu, Oahu, HI, 96816
Since 2003, the KCC Farmers Market is the oldest in Oahu. Located near Diamond Head, more than 70 farmers and vendors sell everything from fresh flowers, fruit, and produce to meat and seafood, baked goods, snack and prepared foods, honey, jams, jellies, specialty seasonings, and other value-added items.
The basics
Visit the KCC Farmers Market independently and plan to spend a few hours browsing the many available offerings. You can pick up fresh produce, proteins, baked goods, and pasta for later use or use the many prepared food items available. The vendors and goods change weekly, depending on the season and availability. The Hawaii Farm Bureau offers weekly vendors/tips sheets if you want to plan your purchases and make the most of your time.
Things to know before you go
There’s no fee to enter the market. Free parking is also available on-site. Bring cash, especially in smaller denominations, as most vendors do not take credit cards. Wear comfortable shoes for walking around. A hat and sunscreen are also handy as it can get hot in the outdoor market.
How to get there
The market is located on the grounds and in parking lot C of Kapi’olani Community College at 4303 Diamond Head Road. There’s free parking on-site in lots A, B, and E. You can also take bus routes #3, 22, and 58 to the market. The Waikiki Trolley Green Line also stops at the market on Saturdays.
When to get there
The KCC Farmers Market is open every Saturday from 7:30 to 11am. Arrive early for the best selections of food, produce, and other products. Different products, primarily produce, will be available at different times of the year, depending on their growing season. Local musicians also play live at the market from time to time.
Other farmers markets
The KCC Farmers Market is only open on Saturdays, but if that doesn’t work with your schedule, there are other options on Oahu. Head to the Ala Moana Center Farmers Market or the Kailua Farmers Market on Sundays. On Wednesdays, head to the Honolulu Farmers Market. For the most options, the Manoa Farmers Market and the Kekaulike Farmers Market are both open from Mondays to Saturdays.
