La Aurora Cigar Factory is in the Parque Industrial Tamoril in Santiago De Los Caballeros. The factory is easily accessible by taxi or rideshares from anywhere in Santiago. The factory is often included on tours of Santiago or tours focused on the agriculture of the region from Puerto Plata.
When to get there
La Aurora Cigar Factory is open Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Tours of the factory last around 45 minutes—it’s best to call ahead to reserve a tour ahead of time. Tours operate at all times of the year.
