One of the largest and most diverse theme parks in Taiwan, Leofoo Village Theme Park combines an amusement park and seasonal water park with an animal safari experience. With more than 60 rides, live entertainment, special events, and a variety of dining and shopping options, it offers a fun day out for the whole family.
The Basics
Leofoo Village Theme Park offers four themed areas (Wild West, South Pacific, Arabian Kingdom, and African Safari), with themed rides, attractions, restaurants, shops, and live shows. Thrill-seekers can enjoy a variety of roller coasters, including an inverted shuttle coaster, while families and children can head for gentler rides. Visitors can also take safaris by bus and steam train, watching out for more than 70 species of animals, including a rare white lion.

- The park is wheelchair- and stroller-accessible. Wheelchairs are free to rent while strollers require a fee.

How to Get There
The easiest way to reach Leofoo Village Theme Park is to drive along Freeway 3 and pay for on-site parking. You can also take the Taiwan Railway to the Chung-Li Station and switch to the #5653 bus, or the High-Speed Rail to Hsinchu Station and transfer to the #2 bus. Taiwan United bus #5350 also stops at the park.
When to Get There
Leofoo Village Theme Park is open year-round, from 9am or 9:30am until 5pm, with extended hours over some holiday periods. Last entry is two hours before closing. Visit after 1pm for discounted entry. Avoid weekends, public holidays, and summer to escape the crowds. The water park is open from July through September.
Leofoo Resort Guanshi
Located next to Leofoo Village Theme Park, Leofoo Resort Guanshi offers safari-style accommodations overlooking an animal enclosure with giraffes, zebras, lemurs, and other animals. Meals and a guided wildlife safari are included as part of stays, along with discounts on park admission. From the resort, guests can talk to the park or take a free shuttle.
