How to Get There

Mindo’s Cable Car station is located about 4.3 miles (7 kilometers) from the town of Mindo, at the end of an approximately 3-mile (5-kilometer) uphill hike that takes most people around an hour to complete. To save your strength, take a taxi directly to the station. There are no public transit options.

When to Get There

The waterfalls across the river from Mindo’s Cable Car station are best viewed during the rainy season (October through May), when the water flows faster. However, the wet ground can make the already strenuous hike to the station harder. Whenever you choose to stop by, set out early for Mindo’s Cable Car and Waterfall Sanctuary to make the most of your visit.
