POINT OF INTEREST

Nissan Crossing

Tokyo, Kanto

Nissan Crossing is the main showroom for Nissan Intelligent Mobility, where you can see interactive exhibits that feature notable vehicles, as well as advanced technology and even a 4D racing simulator. For fun, the on-site Crossing Cafe has coffee with custom latte art, which can be your favorite Nissan car or even something personalized.

The basics

Nissan Crossing’s prime location in Ginza makes it easy to pair with nearby attractions such as Mitsukoshi Ginza, Ginza Place, and Seiko House Clock Tower. You can explore Nissan's exhibits, starting on the first floor with rare vehicles on the Center Stage. The second floor features the Spiral Stage, a Formula E simulator, and areas showcasing Nissan's future innovations. Finish with a visit to the gift shop and coffee shop, both located on the second floor.

Things to know before you go

  • There is free on-site Wi-Fi available.
  • If you have any questions, there is an information center available on floor 1F.
  • The building is wheelchair-accessible with elevators to connect floors.
  • Souvenirs are available at the Nissan Boutique shop, such as model cars.

How to get there

Nissan Crossing is located in Ginza, which is easy to reach via public transport. Ginza is the closest station, around a 2-minute walk, served by the Ginza, Hibiya, or Marunouchi lines. Alternatively, take the Asakusa line to Higashi-Ginza station, which is about four minutes away on foot.

When to get there

Nissan Crossing is typically open daily, from mid–morning until mid–evening. The best time to visit is in the morning, close to the opening time or late afternoon—the venue can get busy in the early afternoon. Weekdays offer a quieter experience than weekends, which typically see more foot traffic from shoppers and tourists. It’s worth checking the event schedule before visiting as there are special exhibitions and seasonal car displays throughout the year.

Places for car enthusiasts in Tokyo

After visiting Nissan Crossing, car enthusiasts have plenty of other spots to explore in Tokyo. The Daikoku Parking Area is renowned for its vibrant evening meet-ups, where automotive fans showcase their modified supercars; for those without their own vehicle, car-themed tours often include stops at this popular location. Another option is the Toyota Museum, which offers insights into the rich history of the Toyota Motor Corporation.
