After visiting the beach, heard north to Columbus Park, a beachfront, open-air archeological museum. Admire historic artifacts, such as cannons and other artillery, and get a feel for what Jamaica was like during the 1800s. Then spend some time exploring the nearby Green Grotto Cave, subterranean caverns that served as a hideout for Spaniards when the English were taking over the island.
