Reservatauro Ronda
Carretera Ronda Campillos Km 34, Malaga, Andalucia, 29400
Situated inside a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, Reservatauro Ronda, a bull- and horse-breeding farm, offers curious visitors an alternative way to explore the history and culture of Spanish bullfighting. Learn about each stage of the fighting bull’s life, the breeding process, bullfighter training, and more during a guided tour.
The Basics
Owned by former bullfighter Rafael Tejada, Reservatauro Ronda is one of few bull and horse ranches of its kind in Spain. Interact with the animals during a guided tour, which typically run several times a day. Visit on your own or as part of a full-day excursion from nearby Malaga, ideal for travelers with limited time to explore. Tours often include a stop in Ronda, which is home to one of the country’s most famous bullrings.

When to Get There

Explore Ronda
As one of Spain’s most popular and historic towns, Ronda makes an excellent day trip destination for visitors to the Costa del Sol. Be sure to stop by the Puente Nuevo (New Bridge) and admire views over El Tajo Gorge before stopping at the impressively preserved Arab Baths (Baños Árabes). Finally, try to sample at least one of the town’s unique wines before you head out.
