• The Baby Care Lounge—located near the Tax Invoice Counter on the third floor in Kids' Planet—has feeding rooms and diaper-changing facilities.
• Take advantage of the delivery service, where staff will help carry shopping bags to your car, BTS Skytrain station, taxi stand, or nearby hotels.
• Wheelchairs are available on every floor and entrance. Contact security for wheelchair assistance.

How to get there

Getting to Siam Paragon is easy by public transport; simply hop on the BTS Skytrain Sukhumvit or Silom Lines to Siam Station. From there follow the skybridge, which is linked to Siam Paragon's M floor. If you're driving, you'll find ample parking on-site.

When to get there

Siam Paragon is open year-round and typically welcomes visitors from mid–morning until late evening, providing ample time for exploration and shopping. The weekends tend to draw larger crowds, particularly in the afternoons, so a weekday morning can be a quieter and more relaxed experience.

Shops at Siam Paragon

Siam Paragon's main floor— known as “The Luxury”—features flagship stores of designer labels such as Hermès, Louis Vuitton, and Prada. The first floor has premium brands such as Paul Smith and Armani, alongside more affordable stores like GAP and H&M. There are beauty salons and car showrooms on the second and third floors, the fourth floor has electronics and dining options, and the fifth floor has a cinema and bowling alley.
