Players pre-book slots and set off in their own teams of 2-6 family members or friends to navigate the exciting games, assault-course-filled rooms, and adventures. Tasks vary from traversing tire swings to breaking codes and solving logic puzzles, all with the aim of unlocking prizes.
Players can choose from various difficulty levels and take on challenges in their preferred order. You can play for as long as you need, with standard tickets providing a minimum of 1-hour game time.

How to get there
TEPfactor Dubai stands in Bahar Plaza in Dubai’s Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) area, near Dubai Marina. If driving from Downtown Dubai, follow the Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) south, take the Al Naseem exit to the marina and turn right onto Al Gharbi, signposted to The Beach—parking is available nearby. Alternatively, catch the metro to DMCC, a roughly 15-minute walk away, or buses to Marsa Dubai, JBR Station 1, around a 5-minute stroll from Bahar.
When to get there
TEPfactor Dubai is typically open midday to late evening Monday through Thursday and noon to midnight on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Be aware that opening times can vary during public holidays such as Eid. To avoid disappointment, players are advised to pre-book online rather than simply turn up. The park is at its quietest Monday through Wednesday and busiest at weekends, especially from around 3pm to 7pm.
