How to Get There

Tokyo Joypolis is located in Decks Tokyo Beach. The closest subway stations are Odaiba Kaihin Koen station (Yurikamome line) and the Tokyo Teleport station (Rinkai line). A number of buses also stop at Tokyo Teleport. Parking is available underground at Decks Tokyo Beach.

When to Get There

Tokyo Joypolis is open daily from 10am to 10pm, with last admission at 9:45pm. It can be extremely busy on weekends and holidays, especially school holidays, so avoid those times for smaller crowds and to minimize wait times for games. The attraction is entirely indoors, which makes it a great option during inclement weather.

Nearby Attractions

There are a number of attractions in Odaiba, and visitors can easily spend an entire day here. In addition to Tokyo Joypolis, Odaiba is also home to LEGOLAND® Discovery Center, Madame Tussauds Tokyo, the Palette Town Big Ferris Wheel, the Oedo Onsen Monogatari, the Mori Building Digital Art Museum teamLab Borderless, and the interactive Miraikan Science Museum.

Tokyo Joypolis is located at the Decks Tokyo Beach center on Odaiba, a reclaimed island in Tokyo Bay with many entertainment options. The easiest way to get there is by public transport.

Driving

Driving in Tokyo isn’t recommended due to the traffic and difficulty of parking. If you must drive, there’s a paid underground parking lot at Decks Tokyo Beach.

Public transportation

The closest subway stations are Odaiba Kaihin Koen Station (on the elevated Yurikamome line) and the Tokyo Teleport Station (Rinkai line). A number of buses also stop at Tokyo Teleport, but most travelers find the trains easier to navigate.

Best times to visit

Tokyo Joypolis opens at 10am or 11am and closes at 7pm or 8pm. Evening (admission from 3pm) and night (admission after 5pm) passport tickets are cheaper.

Best days to visit

Joypolis is often very busy on rainy days, weekends, and holidays. Visit on other days for a less crowded experience.

Best months to visit

The winter (November–February) is a good time to visit, as this is an indoor attraction. You can get discounted admission during your birth month. Joypolis is especially busy during the August holidays.
