How to Get There
Yas Waterworld stands on Yas Island about 25 miles (40 kilometers) from central Abu Dhabi and 70 miles (114 kilometers) from Dubai. From Abu Dhabi, take the E10 or E12 highway and follow the signs to Yas Island or Yas Leisure Drive. Alternatively, use the shuttle buses that run from Abu Dhabi’s Saadiyat Island or central Dubai, or book a tour that includes transfers.

Yas Waterworld is open daily all year. The park is busiest on weekends, so if you’re visiting then, get there early to beat the crowds.
Tips for Hassle-Free Visits
You’re not permitted to take food and drink into Yas Waterworld, and carrying cash or cards isn’t practical. Instead, load a wristband at the gate with money for refreshments and locker hire. Plus, bring a watertight pouch for your phone, or store it in a locker before hitting the rides.
