Park Rules and State/Federal Laws
All rules and regulations must be obeyed. Non-compliance may result in the immediate loss of park privileges. Owner/Agent or city police officer has the authority to ask any person to leave the park immediately for violating park rules and regulations. Owner/ Agent reserves the right to change these rules whenever it proves to be in the best interest of the park.
Supplying false information
The Owner/Agent has sufficient grounds for denial of tenancy or termination of tenancy if the information supplied for rental application is found to be false, or if guest is convicted of a crime during their occupancy.
Garbage and recyclables
Guest must dispose of all household garbage in the dumpster and use the appropriately labeled contains for recyclable materials. Violators will be subject to non-compliance fines.
Conduct
Each guest is responsible for their own conduct, as well as that of their guest. Conducts which disturb other residents’ enjoyment of peace and quiet will not be permitted. Drunk or disorderly conduct will not be permitted, any person using alcohol in a manner that creates offensive, abusive, harassing, loud or belligerent behavior will be asked to leave the park premises immediately. Noises heard outside of the recreational vehicle during quiet hours is not permitted. Examples of noises not permitted are stereos, televisions, pets, etc. Use and/or possession, distribution of illegal substances is prohibited. Public display of nudity and sexually explicit materials are not permitted.
Campfires and fire pits
Fires are permitted only in authorized camp stoves, fireplaces, or fire rings. No fire shall be left unattended or permitted to cause damage to parking facilities or property. Firewood shall either be brought in or purchased on park premises.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited inside any building on the property, including restrooms. in addition, smoking is prohibited within ten feet of the main entrance of all building in accordance with Oregon Law.
Firearms and explosives
Discharge of firearm, BB, Pellet, or potato gun, bow and arrow, sling shot, or any other weapon capable of injuring any person or wildlife is prohibited on park property. Structures
Personal storage structures (including storage tent), decking, stairs, or other structures which give the appearance of permanent installation are not permitted. The owner/agent (by written authorization of Council) may be giving special consideration for handicap accessibility or other extenuation circumstances.
Care of premises
Guest agree to keep the areas of their space clean and free of debris. Guest shall not store belonging outside the Recreational vehicles: containers, Generators, clotheslines, refrigerators, freezers, signs, garbage cans, non-patio furniture, and permanent skirting are a few of the items that are prohibited. We reserve the right to change or add to the list without notifying the guest. Guests shall use their best discretion when storing flammable or hazardous materials, store the items in a manner that decreases the risk of fire, mold growth, attracting pests, or causing damage to the park. Guest is responsible for damage to park property. Guest agrees not to destroy, damage, or remove any part of the property belonging to the park.
Minor Children
Parents are responsible for their minor children using the parks system and will be held responsible for damage or injury caused by their minor children. Children under the age of (10) years old must be always supervised by an adult.
Occupants
The space shall only be occupied by the person(s) listed on the rental agreement.
Recreational vehicles
Recreational vehicles must be well maintained and clean. Awnings are permitted if they are not staked in the grass. The park reserves the right to refuse admission of vehicles not meeting park standards as determined at the sole discretion of the Owner/ Agent. Washing recreational vehicles in the park is prohibited. Unauthorized or improperly parked vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense, including guest visitor’s vehicles that are improperly parked or do not have the required parking permit. You may not perform major repairs to your RV while it is on the grounds, they must be taken off site.
Utilities
Water, sewer, and electric is included with each RV site.
RV Sites
The guest shall have no more than one registered recreational vehicle and two non-recreational vehicles. Recreational vehicles are prohibited in all areas except designated RV sites. All vehicles must be parked on the asphalt pad with assigned space. All terrain vehicles (ATV’s), dirt bikes, and other motorized vehicles are prohibited from operating in the park. No resident shall be permitted to do major mechanical work on their vehicle in the park. Vehicles that are not operable, in need of repair or have expired licenses or tags are not permitted to be kept in the park
Speed Limit
All visitors to the park must observe the 5mph speed limit. Failure to do so will result in a traffic fine and/or expulsion from the park. Be respectful of people using the walking/biking trail, when entering and exiting the park
Restrooms and shower
Restroom and showers are to be maintained by the park host regularly if there are any concerns, we ask that you notify the host immediately if there are any facilities needing attention. The park is not liable for lost or stolen items. Cleaning of fish is prohibited in restrooms.
Quiet Time
Quiet time is from 10p to 7am. We asked that you respect your neighbors by limiting your noise during these hours.
Check in/Check out times
Check in 3pm-9pm (please call if you will be arriving later- restrooms get locked at overnight) Check out 11am. All guest not checked out by 11am will be charged another night's stay.
Wildlife/Natural and Park surroundings
The cutting, mutilation, destruction, damaging, defacing, removal or otherwise abusing any shrubs, trees, or park buildings, signs, tables, benches, playground equipment, or other structures is prohibited. Fishing in any city Park Property shall be allowed only in accordance with the rules and regulations of Oregon department of fish and wildlife. Harassment or hunting of animals or birds in any park is prohibited. Cleaning of fish is ONLY allowed in the kitchen sink area. please notify camp host if there are any issues and remember it is a shared public space. Cleaning fish is prohibited in all restrooms.
Primitive/Tent Campsites
Tent camping is prohibited in all areas except designated tent/primitive camping areas. Guests are allowed one family per campsites, unless otherwise approved by Owner/agent. Additional fees will be required for additional families. You cannot book an RV site with a tent(s) only. One Vehicle is permitted per tent site, other can be added for an additional fee. Two tents max per site. (If renting the group sites together 21 & 22 OR 23 & 24- please contact host). No more than ten people per tent site.
Booking/ Upon arrival
Must check in with host in- Site 20 Booking your stay is agreeing to our rules, and regulations.
Pet Policys
The park must be notified if you have pets during your stay. A. Pets must always be on leashes in accordance with Vernonia City law (3-06.01-20) (section H). Children under (16) year are to be accompanied by an adult when walking their dog. B. Excessive barking during any time is NOT acceptable, after 3 complaint guests will be required to leave and not return until a plan is arraigned for their pet. C. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. No animals, except service animals, are allowed in any buildings. D. Guests are liable for damage or injuries caused by their pet(s).
Payment & Extended stay contracts
All payments must be paid in full prior to the first night’s stay. Partial payment will not be accepted. Contract work stays over 14 days must have an extended stay agreement in place with proof of the worker’s contract. Extended stay guests agree to notify the host of any absence greater than 3 nights. Extended stay contracts will have their own set of rules to sign and return to host upon checking in.

**** All dogs 6 months and older are required to be up to date on their rabies vaccination according to ORS 433.365, please be prepared to show proof of this certification. ****
Rv sites
****ONLY registered recreational vehicles will be permitted in the RV sites. Tents, cars, vans, and trucks are not allowed. Not following this rule when booking may result in your reservation being moved to a tent site if available and/or being canceled if there is no availably in our tent sites****
