Campground Overview

Amazing recreational getaway with 1.5 miles of clean sandy beaches on the Brazos River. Great fishing, kayaking, canoeing, boating, water sports and just about anything else outdoors. This remote Texas resort sits on 100 acres of quiet scenic countryside with lots of room to spread out, enjoy nature and get close to wildlife. All of our campsites are huge riverfront sites and are about 100' wide by 200' deep. Firewood, ice, kayaks, paddle boards and generators are available at low prices. Great tasting water from a deep well, clean restrooms and camper dump station are located on premises. We are pet friendly providing your pet is friendly.

For tent camping, we are open on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights of each week, starting from March 2, 2023, through November 19, 2023. Our schedule extends further during the major holidays and spring break.

Area Tips

Cleburne, Texas (35,000 population) is only 16 miles away and they have nearly every kind of store, grocery, restaurant and general supplies that you might want or need during your visit. Chisholm Trail Museum, Dinosaur Valley State Park and Fossil Rim Wildlife Center are all within a 30 minute drive.

Rules

Ice, firewood, kayaks, paddleboards & generators are for sale or rent.

Good common sense and neighborly respect is expected.

Pet Policy

Must be friendly, must obey your commands, must not run off, must clean up after. No leash policy.

General Rules

Guests must check-in at least one (1) hour before dark. Please do not bring glass. No off-road (dirt) bikes, no ATV's, no go-carts and no off-road riding is allowed. Golf carts, side-by-sides and bicycles are welcome providing they are driven slow and you stay on the roads. Campfires are fine providing a burn ban is not in effect. Please respect everything and everyone at all times with your good and friendly manners. Please remember to use your good common sense. No loud music allowed after 11pm if someone asks for quiet time. Each additional RV/camper (over 1) costs an extra $10 per night. Memorial Weekend, 4th of July Weekend & Labor Day Weekend require a 3 night stay. Two days prior to your arrival date, complete check in instructions will be texted to the cell phone of the person making the reservation.
