Park Rules
We are open to the adult male (21+yo) public when not hosting private functions. Our goal is to provide a safe and enjoyable facility for all our guests. To that end we have put together a list of basic rules, and behavioral guidelines. These rules and guidelines are annumerated below. 1. Respect one another. Respect the property and your hosting staff. Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. 2. Possession, use, or distribution of illegal substances is strictly forbidden. Those found to be in possession of, or under the influence of, Methamphetamines or other “hard drugs” will be asked to leave immediately and will be barred from future reservations. 3. Do Not litter. This includes, but is not limited to drink containers, food wrappers, AND cigarette butts. If you brought it in, you can carry it out. Trash receptacles are provided around the property. 4. Keep the peace. Do not cause, provoke, or engage in public conflicts or fights. Aggressive behavior will result in being asked to leave the property. Repeated occurrences will result in being barred from future visits. 5. Keep your pets under control. We have free range fowl and other animals that may be tempting for dogs not accustomed to country life. If your pet is not getting along well with others, we reserve to right to require they be restrained. 6. We believe strongly in freedom of thought and expression but bullying and hate speech will not be tolerated. 7. Drink responsibly. 8. Do not photograph other guests without their permission. 9. Drive carefully and stay on established roads and driving paths only. 10. Do not feed pets, livestock or wildlife. 11. Do not remove, modify, or destroy any animals or plants whether naturally occurring or placed here by the staff or ownership. 12. Please keep glass containers away from pool, pond, and other areas where people may be barefoot. 13. Boots, or at least full coverage shoes, are recommended while moving about the property. Thorny vegetation, scorpions, snakes and other possible hazards can be avoided with proper protective footwear. 14. Do not dump black water from RVs. 15. Park only in designated areas. 16. Please keep any sexual activity private and out of view of other guests. Our goal is to provide a safe, peaceful, and playful, retreat for all our guests. Please report any violations of these guidelines to our staff to help maintain a safe and pleasant environment for all.
