Campground Overview

Check In

Check In Time: 2PM | Cottages: Check-in: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM / Check-out: 10:00 AM RV Sites: Check-in: after 2:00 PM / Check-out: 11:00 AM Check in is self-service. Look for your envelope on the front door of the office. Please plan to arrive after 2 pm to allow prior guest to check out and for us to make sure your site is ready for you. If you will be arriving after 8 pm, or if you need assistance when you arrive, please call us at 508-477-0541. We kindly ask that you adhere to the check-in and check-out times for your specific site type. Thank you for your cooperation!

TRASH

Only household trash, bagged and tied, can be placed in the dumpster.

REFUNDS

No refunds for leaving early.

KEEP OFF OTHERS' SITES

Respect other campers by not trespassing on their sites. Use roads and paths to travel in the park.

FIREWORKS

Fireworks are prohibited.

SIGNS OR FLAGS

Signs or flags that contain vulgar material are not allowed.

DISFIGURING OR CUTTING OF TREES

Disfiguring or cutting of trees, whether they are alive or dead, is prohibited.

DISRUPTIVE GUESTS

This is a private park and disruptive guests will be asked to leave immediately without refund. Sandwich police will respond to any and all "problem" guests.

PHOTO RELEASE

By booking with us, you consent to being photographed or filmed during your stay or at campground events. These images may be used on our social media or other promotional materials. If you prefer not to be included, please notify our staff.

VEHICLES

Park in the designated areas only. Check with the office for guidance on overflow parking. No parking on the beach or picnic area or at the state boat launch. Speed limit is 10 mph. Be aware you are sharing the roadways in the park with pedestrians, golf carts and bicycles. Wear helmets when riding bicycles. No bicycle riding after dark. Follow signs when exiting the park.

BEACH

No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Children under the age of 14 are not allowed at the beach without adult supervision. Non-motorized watercraft is available at the main beach. It must be signed out at the office. See office for details. Inflatable tubes are located at the main beach for everyone's use. Please return them to the tube rack when you are done.

SMOKING/VAPING

No smoking or vaping is allowed in any buildings.

CAMPFIRES

Campfires allowed subject to current regulations. No burning trash in fire ring. Campfire rings will be provided and may not be relocated without permission. A fire extinguisher or hose must be present when a fire is burning. A fire must always be attended by a responsible adult. Fires must be completely extinguished by 11:00 PM. Violations may result in termination of the right to have an onsite fire, or expulsion from the campground.

BOAT DOCKS

Boat docks are for boat owners renting boat slips only.. Fishing is permitted off the end of each dock only. An adult must accompany children under 14 when fishing from docks. Do not block or trespass on docks or watercraft. Do not leave trash on the docks. No beach chairs or sunbathing on the docks. No swimming or diving from docks.

QUIET TIME

Quiet time is midnight to 8 AM. No amplified noise (karaoke machines, stereos, speakers) after 11 PM. After one verbal warning from management, local police will be called to enforce the town noise ordinance.

CHILD SAFETY AND CAMPER RESPONSIBILITY

Adult campers are responsible for the behavior and safety of children accompanying them. Campers are responsible for guests following all rules and regulations.

SITE FEE

Campers' site fee includes up to 4 people and 2 cars per site. There is an additional fee for more than 4 guests, both for overnight and day visitors, and for extra cars. Fees are subject to change. No visitors admitted after 9 pm and before 9am.

PETS

Dogs must be leashed at all times. Pets are not allowed on the main beach. Proof of vaccination must be presented upon arrival. Clean up after your pet. Dogs may not be tied up and left alone in the park. Loud and/or aggressive pets will not be tolerated. Respect those who are uncomfortable with your pet.

LIABILITY

DunRoamin on Peter's Pond, its affiliates, and parent corporation shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss of any kind, including but not limited to those caused by fire, theft, vandalism, water or land accidents. natural events, or any other incident. By entering the premises, campers, guests, and other individuals agree to assume all risks associated with their stay and waive any claims against the property and its associated entities.

DAMAGE AND THEFT RESPONSIBILITY

The renter shall be responsible for any damage caused to the property, including but not limited to the RV site, cottage, furnishings, or any other amenities provided during their stay. In the event of damage or destruction, the renter agrees to compensate the property owner for the cost of repairs or replacement. Additionally, the renter shall be held responsible for any theft of property, including but not limited to towels, linens, and other items provided for use during their stay. The renter agrees to immediately report any damage or theft to the property owner and may be charged for the replacement or repair costs as deemed appropriate.
