Check In

Check In Time: 1PM | For RV site reservations, we provide a convenient self-check-in option. Please verify your reserved site on your reservation and proceed directly to that site upon arrival. Feel free to reach out if you require any assistance. For Tiny Homes, check-in time begins at 04:00 pm, and check-out time is at 10:00 am. You will receive detailed instructions for Tiny Home check-in.

Rules

* Monthly guests: Meters will be read around the 25th of the month and added to the upcoming months rent to be paid on the 1st. Late fees assessed on the 4th of $25 and $5 per day thereafter. Payments made on Rover Pass or mailed to Aspire Realty PO Box 1893 Boyd, TX 76023.

* No washing of vehicles, oil changes or any mechanic work in park.

We are not responsible for your personal items while in the park or if left at the park.

* Mail: Please pick up your mail inside the office in the mail bins provided.

This is a private park and we greatly appreciate you helping us keep it nice for our RV park family.

* All dogs and pets must be on a leash. Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of properly. Waste stations are provided. Keep pets off of all other guest’s sites. No pets can be leashed, tied or chained outside with owner not present. No pets are allowed to stay outside of the RV at night. No dogs allowed that are on the uninsurable list unless personal liability insurance is provided naming RV Park and Aspire Realty as added insures. No aggressive animals to people or other animals.

* No public intoxication on park premises. Drug use will not be tolerated.

* No renting or subletting of RV’s without management approval.

* At the sole discretion of RV park management, you may be asked to leave for any reason.

* Do not block the drive of any site or block the roadway.

* Place sewer connection only 6” deep to avoid blocking the sewer line. No harmful chemicals used that will damage the septic system. If you are not sure ask before using.

* Do not put anything other than toilet paper into the septic system. No feminine products, wipes or anything other than a small amount of toilet paper.

* No tents, pop up trailers or RV’s without working toilet, water & septic for more than 2 weeks.

* Damages to the RV site will be the sole responsibility of the renter. This includes electrical, water and sewer connections.

* Wrap your water line completely in the winter. If it freezes down to the main water line, you will be responsible for repairs.

* Guests must keep their site clean and in good repair. No trash, unsightly personal items, no clutter kept outside of the RV. At RV park management discretion, storage may be maintained under the RV in sealed storage bins. Bins must fit completely under RV and look nice and organized. A small nice looking storage closet may be kept beside the RV if room permits.

* Items designed for indoor use such as upholstered furniture are not acceptable for outdoor use.

* Quite time is from 10pm – 8am. Loud music or noise will not be tolerated.

* All cars and RV’s must be in running order, have a nice appearance and in good repair. RV’s considered for longer term rental are at the RV park management’s discretion and have a current registration.

* Rental guests are responsible for their guests and visitors.

* No firearms allowed in the park that are not secured inside RV. No firearms discharged in park.

* Mechanical repairs such as oil/lube changes are not allowed in the park. Minor repairs can be made with park management approval.

* Do not operate accessory generators unless absolutely necessary with management approval.

* No fireworks permitted in the park.

* Add-on’s: Any porch, steps, or ramps must be approved by management prior to installation.

* Dispose of ash from grills properly. Not on the ground.

* Smokers please dispose of butts property, not on the ground, this is unsightly and causes fires.

* Children must always be under the supervision of an adult. Please keep an eye on children at all times there are some tough terrain areas and steep slopes. Park is not responsible for accidents.

* All trash must be in plastic bags and disposed of in the park dumpster. Always close dumpster lid. Do not put tires, furniture, mattresses, paint or oil in dumpster. Dumpster provided at entrance. DO NOT LEAVE TRASH OUTSIDE OF RV. Crush boxes before putting them into dumpster.

* No clothes lines strung at any time or clothes hanging from fence.

* It is your responsibility to keep the laundry room clean. Please clean up after yourself. Remove lint from dryers, keep trash off the floors and tables. Please remove laundry promptly after cycle. Do not leave laundry in the laundry room. Laundry room is provided for free for your convenience. It includes washers, dryers, a sink, shower & toilet. Please be respectful and do not use it during quite hours. Do not over fill units. Keep the room clean.

* No open fires outside of the firepits that are not from a propane fire pit that can be turned off. If you have a fire in the fire pit it must be 100% extinguished before leaving the fire pit area. If there is a fire ban please no fires in the pit.

* Your space is yours to keep tidy. We will mow and take care of the grounds. Items stored outside your rv must be limited and organized.

* Vehicles and trailers are limited. Two cars/one rv per spot and must be approved before parking. All vehicles must be clean, in good working order and current registration.

* If you are here for more than two weeks you must have working bathroom facilities with no leaks.
