Campground Overview

Welcome to North Bay, Fairview Park Camping and Marina, a beautiful, peaceful, enjoyable, and quiet campground! Located in the heart of North Bay, it is within a 5 KM drive to the downtown of North Bay. Leads straight to the campground after exiting onto Lakeshore drive from highway 11.

Situated on the historic Lavase River with easy 2km access to Lake Nipissing in North Bay. Mixture with 23 pad year-round mobile homes senior (55+ years old) community and over 40 seasonal camp sites, including cottages, and marina boat slips for camping in North Bay.

Fairview Park Camping and Marina offers plenty of wilderness, scenery, and tranquility. It is an ideal place to escape the hustle and bustle by immersing yourself in nature while still being able to enjoy the amenities of North Bay and Callander.

Check In

Check In Time: 2PM | Come to the office to fill out the registration forms and we will direct you to your site. Call the office for same-day reservations after 9 pm.

Rules

Children

* Parents are responsible for the supervision of their children at all times.

* All children under the age of 18 must be on their own campsite at 11:00 p.m. or with their supervising adult.

* Clean up after your pet & dispose of litter in a plastic bag.

* Pets are not to be left alone.

* Pets, their excrement and any damage are the responsibility of the owner.

Campfires

* Campfires must be completely out by 11:00 p.m.

* Campfires must be extinguished completely before leaving campsite or going to bed.

* No one under 18 years of age is allowed to stay in the park without supervision.

* Campfires are to be contained in the approved fire ring and maintained as per North Bay By-Law 2015-115 & 2022-17.

* Campfires are not permitted between 10am and 7pm unless for cooking purposes only.

Occupancy

* Site are rented to one family, 2 adults and their children under the age of 18.

* Fireworks are not permitted in the park.

* You are responsible for the safety of your family, friends, or other guests attending your campfire on your campsite.

* Only local firewood to be used.

Occupancy

* Site are rented to one family, 2 adults and their children under the age of 18.

* Based on 4 persons occupancy per site, up to 2 additional persons with fees .

* Only one camping unit per site, absolutely no pop-up tents allowed in addition to main camping unit.

* All visitors must be registered at the office and pay fees if stay over 3 hours before going to the site. Occupant must be present on site.

* Visitor parking is beside the office.

* All visitors must leave the campground by 11p.m.

Swimming Pool

* No Lifeguard on duty.

* Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

* Park management team reserves the right to limit the number of visitors attending.

* No visitors allowed to overnight unless approved by park management team.

* Not swimming alone.

* The swimming pool is open from 9a.m. to 8 p.m.

* Proper bathing suits must be worn in the pool.

* Two licensed and insured vehicles are allowed on each site for seasonal campers but must make room on your campsite to accommodate the second vehicle. No parking on the side of or on campground roads, or grass areas. The second one can park at parking lot without additional cost.

* No other type of vehicle is allowed.

* Only one registered vehicle per camp site for overnight campers. Additional parking available in parking lot with a cost of $10 for the duration of your stay.

* Bike riding permitted on camp road only.

* Please respect the rights of others.

* The radio and music must be turned off and voices lowered at 11:00 p.m.

* No freight trucks, CUB vans.

* No bike riding after dark.

Quiet Hours

* Quiet time is from 11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. as per North Bay By-Law.

* All pets entering the park must be up to date on vaccinations.

* All pets must be tied, contained or leashed (no longer than 2 meters) at all times.

* Any disturbance should be reported to the office.

Pets

* Pets are welcome but must keep quiet, gentle to be considerate of others.

Garbage

* Household Garbage is to be placed in plastic bags and deposited in the dumpster provided on Marina Drive.

* Sign up at the entrance.

* No alcohol in public areas.

* Recycling is encouraged.

* Pool rules and Regulations are posted at the pool.

* Only water in plastic containers is allowed on the pool.

* No diving in pool.

* Pool use is for registered guests.

* Generators are not permitted at any time.

* Illegal activities of any kind will result in park eviction and/or appropriate police action.

* All other garbage must be disposed of in the municipal landfill.

Others

* Alcohol, Marijuana and Cigarette smoking must be kept on your campsite by Provincial Law and Park Rule.

Vehicle & Bike

* A 15KM maximum speed limit within the park.

Cottages Extra Vehicles Policy

1 extra vehicle can be selected with your reservation. We might have space for more vehicles for $20 per night. Please contact us for approval.
