Rules and Regulations / Terms and Conditions Fort Walton Beach RV Park would like to welcome you to our brand-new, family-friendly RV Park in the heart of the city and just minutes from the stunning beaches of the Emerald Coast. Before booking and prior to arrival, please take time to read over the following information to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay. The following rules, regulations, and terms are subject to change at any time without notice. All guests must agree to abide by these rules. Failure to comply may result in removal from the park without a refund, at management’s discretion. Fort Walton Beach RV Park and its employees are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to persons, vehicles, or property, in accordance with Florida Statutes, Title XXXIII, Chapter 513. Included Amenities Rates include water, sewer, electric, CSTV, and wireless internet Sites include accommodation for one RV and one additional vehicle Check-out: 11:00 AM \| Check-in: 1:00 PM Sanitation and Water Usage Sewer rings or doughnuts are required by Florida State Law at all sites. Dumping gray water or waste on the ground is strictly prohibited. Please check all water hookups for leaks. Management reserves the right to correct improper connections. All garbage must be bagged and disposed of in designated dumpsters. Keep your site clean and trash-free. Conduct Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM Parents are responsible for the supervision and behavior of children. The property is monitored by 24-hour video surveillance. Use roads and paths—do not cut through other guests’ sites Store all valuables securely. We are not responsible for lost or stolen property. Firearms, weapons, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Parking and Traffic Speed Limit: 5 MPH throughout the park. RVs and vehicles must be parked toward the rear of the pad to keep roads clear. No parking on the grass. Do not block roadways or park in other guests’ spaces. Unauthorized use of an additional site will incur additional charges. Site Appearance No storing personal items underneath your RV. Only essential utility-related items may be kept outside your RV (e.g., hoses, electrical cords, satellite dishes, or properly stored grill setups). All other outdoor items must be neatly stored. Accumulation of excess belongings, tools, furniture, or décor that creates clutter or affects the park’s appearance is not permitted and may result in a violation notice. Pets Pets must be leashed and never left unattended. No pets allowed in the community washroom. Do not tie pets to park trees, posts, or structures. Clean up after your pet immediately. A $20 fine applies to uncollected waste. Restricted Breeds: Dalmatian, Boxer, Presa Canario, Chow, Doberman, Alaskan Malamute, Husky, German Shepherd. All pets must be up to date on vaccinations. Excessive barking is not tolerated and may result in removal from the park. General Information Restrooms and laundry are open 24/7 and under video surveillance. Campers are responsible for personal safety and any accidents or injuries. Management reserves the right to evict any guest who fails to follow park rules. Additional Policies No fireworks or loud/offensive items. Public intoxication or inappropriate conduct is not tolerated. RVs only – no tents permitted on-site. Clotheslines must be discreet and approved by management. Do not tamper with utility pedestals or security equipment.
