Rules & Regulations

PETS

● Pets must be cleaned up after by the owner. ● Pets must be on a leash when not confined inside. ● Pets are not allowed to remain unattended outside at any time. ● Pets must not disturb other guests. ● Aggressive dog (or other pet breeds defined at our discretion) are not allowed. ● Management maintains the right to remove or restrict any animal it deems dangerous or a threat to other guests.

GENERAL RULES

● Be respectful and considerate of other campers, including their privacy. ● Do not walk through other sites – use the paved roadway. ● Maintain a moderate noise level, as not to disturb your neighbors. ● Quiet time starts at 10pm on weekdays, midnight on weekends. ● Parents are fully and solely responsible for the safety and behavior of their children. All children under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older. ● The use of firearms is prohibited. ● Garbage is to be placed in the dumpster. ● Excessive noise, nuisance, public drunkenness, illegal drug use-sale-or exchange, nudity, foul/ offensive language, or behavior is prohibited and will not be tolerated. ● Gator RV Park, its owners, employees and/ or affiliates are not responsible for damages to you or your property during your stay. All campers and guests are responsible for any and all injuries or accidents they are involved in.

GOLF CART USAGE & RENTAL

● Guest owned Golf Cart registration fee - $10 per day ● Golf Cart Rental $75. per day ● Guests owning a golf cart are solely responsible for ensuring that all operators of the golf cart are a minimum of 16 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license. ● Golf carts without lights may not be operated after sunset. ● Golf carts must be operated responsibly – no horseplay, racing, etc. ● A golf carts maximum seating capacity cannot be exceeded. ● Operators and passengers must always be seated while the golf cart is in motion. ● All vehicle & parking rules apply to golf carts. ● You may visit the wilderness area on golf carts but must respect any gated construction. Also Big J hunting club reserves all hunting rights, and you must wear orange clothing when visiting those areas and respect all laws of the State of Louisiana. Please Follow all State and Local laws on Golf Cart operation. If operating in the wildlife area you must wear orange, you must show your wristband on request, and you must not enter any closed gates. The wilderness is unprotected areas, you enter at your own risk. They include deep ponds, and lakes, you will be sharing with Big J Hunting club who has the lease for hunting. Deer Season poses special risks. Remember, although close to large cities of Baton Rouge and New Orleans, Louisiana is known for its abundant wildlife, swamps, and unusual terrain.

VEHICLES & PARKING

● The speed limit is 5 mph. ● Do not drive through the grass or other sites - please use the paved road only. ● Vehicles must be parked within your designated site, not on the grass or blocking the paved road. ● Additional parking is available outside of the sports complex. ● The use of non-motorized recreational equipment such as bicycles, scooters, etc. is permitted during the day only. ● The use of motorized recreational equipment, such as 4 wheelers, go-carts, etc. is not permitted. (Golf carts are allowed - see Golf Cart & Wilderness area information below)

ATTRACTIONS

Wilderness area & future RV Resort: ● Gator RV and Sports Park (Gator Park) is close in proximity to Baton Rouge, to New Orleans and to Louisiana's most popular Southern Plantation attractions. Gator Park is loosely associated with an adjacent 2,000 acre mostly wooded enclave, with heavy timber, and a wildlife and hunting paradise. Although Gator Park is along Interstate 12, the surrounding area is part wilderness and part in development. Gator RV Park is a test run (30-60 spot RV park), with a planned 422 spot RV park (Patriots RV Park) which is in the middle of the wildlife area. ● Adjacent to Gator RV Park is a highly popular sports complex, where you are invited to participate in various games & tournaments including Cabbage Ball, Cornhole, Horseshoes, Kickball & Softball (register online at gatorparksports.com).
