Campground Overview

Check In

Check In Time: 12AM | Come to the office to sign on the rules and regulations and we will direct you to your site. We are happy to accommodate late check-ins, but please give us a call in advance if you will be arriving later than 8 pm so that we can be sure to be there to accommodate you. For same-day reservations after 8 pm, please drive to your site and come to the office the next day to sign on the rules.

Rules

Pet Limit and Rules

There is a limit of 3 pets per site. Pets must be leashed when they are outside of the RV and the leash must be 6 feet or shorter. The tenant is responsible for picking up all waste. If Management notices pet waste at a tenant’s site and must pick it up, Tenant will be assessed a $25.00 fee per occurrence. No pet pens or runs are allowed, and pets are not to be left outside unattended. We're sorry, but Pit Bulls, Dobermans and Shepherds are prohibited. Always clean up after your pet. Please dispose of pet waste in the provided receptacles. Pets, except for certified service animals, are prohibited in bathrooms and public inside areas. $50 Fine for any violations.

Condition of RVs

RVs older than 10 years must be approved before rental. Please call, text or email us with RV specifics and include current photos showing all four (4) sides of the RV. If the RV does not look as per the picture submitted, you will be required to vacate the Park without a refund. No tents are allowed in the park. Pop-up campers or any RV without standard full hookups such as restroom facilities may not stay for more than 7 days for sanitary reasons.

Alcohol, Smoking, and Drugs

Alcoholic beverages are restricted to the guest’s rented site. Smoking is not permitted inside any of the Park buildings. Illegal drugs are prohibited on the Park premises. Please drink responsibly. Illegal drugs, public drunkenness, disorderly conduct, and use of profane language are expressly prohibited on the Park premises and will not be tolerated. Any violation is grounds for your immediate ejection from the Park without refund.

Restrooms/Pet Station

Leave your area clean & notify management if it is disorderly or requires maintenance. Dish, pet, and clothes washing in the restrooms is expressly prohibited for sanitary reasons. Use designated areas for pet washing. Please clean up all pet hair etc. from the pet station.

Weapons

This is a private park, and your safety is important to us. Oklahoma & Federal law enables the carry of legally registered firearms, and we generally encourage you to legally ensure your personal protection. All weapons shall be kept in compliance with State and Federal laws. No BB gun, pellet gun, paint gun, air gun, and/or slingshot use are allowed in the Park.

Parking / Vehicles

RVs must park within your designated area, this includes stairs, slide outs etc. Parked vehicles must be fully off the road and within your site. Park in designated areas only. PARKING ON THE GRASS and ROADS IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED. No inoperable or unregistered vehicles are allowed. The repairing of vehicles inside the Park or oil changing on the Park grounds is expressly prohibited. Blocking or parking in vacant sites is not allowed. Please be considerate of those arriving “after hours.” BOATS AND TRAILERS ARE PROHIBITED at The Park unless they fit in your area due to lack of space at the park. NO PARKING ZONES include Streets, fire lanes, empty RV spaces, along fencing or on the grass. Vehicles parked in prohibited spaces will be towed at the owner’s expense plus a minimum $100 Fine for any violations above.

Trash

Follow the golden rule of living in a park and leave your site cleaner than you found it. We do not have site trash pickup. Place your trash in the dumpster provided at the center of the park. Trash dumpster(s) are for ACTIVE TENANT use only and limited to HOUSEHOLD TRASH. Hazardous materials must be handled in accordance with County, State, and Federal regulations. Do not leave trash out overnight and no trash cans are allowed outside the RV site. Please leave the Park facilities as clean as you found them. Items such as furniture, appliances, mattresses, etc. are NOT permitted in the dumpsters. $100 fine for any violations. Inquire at the office for large item disposal.

Damages to Sites or Facilities

Any damage incurred to any site or facility will be charged to the responsible tenant and the tenant may be asked to leave the premises without a refund.

Guests / Children / Visitors

For safety, children should be always supervised by an adult. Children under 14 years old must be always accompanied by an adult. Tenants are solely responsible for the actions of their children and their guests. Keep personal belongings concealed, especially when not present. Management is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We reserve the right to enter any land site at any time as set forth herein. We are not responsible for damages, injury, or loss by accident, weather-related damage, theft, or fire to RV or property of any tenant and/or guest. We reserve the right to refuse service and to decline to allow a space to be occupied. The registered guest is the “responsible party” and accountable for the actions of all family members and guests. We reserve the right to eject any guest, without refund of rent or deposit as set forth herein for: Unpaid Park fees, Violation of any rules / policies, Repeated speeding violations, Verbal or physical threats / actions from any guest or visitor to another guest, visitor, employee, or management, deliberate damage or destruction of property belonging to The Park, other guest or visitor.
