We welcome you to the City of Valley View and Lake Point RV Resort. We are here to help you in any way we can. Please feel free to call the office as you see needs. Office: You may call the office at any time During Business Hours. Follow the necessary prompts as needed. Please leave a message if it is not an emergency and we will follow up the next business day as needed. The office number is: 940-637-1021. If there is a medical emergency or police are needed dial 911 and the local authorities will arrive. If the emergency is park related please call; 940-637-1000. The following items are for your reference and use while staying here. Community Center: The Community Center is available during the hours of 7am until 9pm seven days a week, year-round. In times of weather emergency, the facility will be opened for your use and discretion. Please be aware others may be in the facility at the same time. All areas, internal and external, are under recorded video surveillance for your safety. Restrooms: During normal Community Center hours, the restrooms (total 4) are available for your use. They are full service (showers, toilets, and sinks). These are available 24 hours a day unless under service. If it is after Center hours, there is an outside entry. Use the provided access code for exterior entry. Please make sure the outside door closes completely for your safety. All restrooms have individual locks. There are no bathing supplies provided. Paper products are provided. If they need servicing, please let the office know. To exit the exterior door, the thumb knob will need to be turned. The door will automatically lock behind you after 15 seconds. These facilities are used by your fellow campers, please be responsible and clean up after yourself. THANK YOU! Laundry Room: The laundry room (located on the main roadside) is accessed from outside the building and will require the access code provided. The laundry room is available 24 hours. To exit the exterior door, the thumb knob will need to be turned. The door will automatically lock behind you after 15 seconds. The machines use the “Pay Range” app. Coins or credit cards are not required. There are directions in the laundry room to setup the app and machine access. Connect to the internet while there for ease. After Hours Restroom/Laundry Access Code: 2024 Internet Access: Each site has streaming internet available. The connection via Cat 5 or Cat 6 cable is at the back of each pedestal. You will need an internet router to communicate. The Internet is free and does not require an account or set up (except for the router). If you need help with this, please let us know.
