Check In

Check In Time: 2PM | Late check-ins can be accommodated no later than 9:00 PM, with prior notice. Please call or text in advance to make arrangements.

Rules

DANCE HALL ACCESS

Access and use of the Hall is limited to paid guests for scheduled square dancing programs via online registration. They run during the weekends, and a few are a weeklong during the summer months. If you would like to enter the Hall to view the dancing during your visit, please stop by the Campground Office for instructions.

OBEY THE RESTRICTED AREA SIGNS

Avoid entering areas specified for the use of other contracted rental groups. The Ranch Guest House and both A Frames, including the pond and lawn adjacent to the house, are for their sole use. If you enter that area, you will be asked to return to the Campground. Please provide those guests with expected privacy they value. If you unexpectedly see you are near those buildings, please turn around. If a guest is found to purposefully invade the reserved space of another guest, they may be evicted from the campground without a refund.

VEHICLE RESTRICTTIONS

We welcome licensed electric vehicles, but Washington State law forbids the driving of unlicensed golf carts, ATVs, razors, or snowmobiles on roadways. For the protection of other guests, no motorized vehicles including golf carts, scooters, ATVs, etc. may be driven anywhere on the property, park road, pathway or hiking trail.

PROTECT WILDLIFE

Please show respect. The property is populated with wildlife. No person may feed, attempt to pet, chase, or harass wildlife. Violators will be reported to the department of Fish and Wildlife. If you see wildlife, give them space, do not approach them. Depending upon severity, anyone violating this rule may be ejected from the park without a refund.

PARKING RULES

For the safety our guests, no parking is allowed in roadways, on road shoulders or on any vegetation. Absolutely no parking on vacant sites. Cars that impede safety access may be towed. Unattended vehicles without an overnight reservation or parking pass may be charged nightly fees.

CABLE TV

Hookups are not available. There are no longer ANY Cable TV suppliers in the area

WATER USE. PLEASE CONSERVE

WASHING VEHICLES: It’s not permitted to wash any vehicles or RVs in the park or hang clothes to dry outside. We reserve the right to ask guests to remove clotheslines or ropes. Don't use drinking water for other than drinking and food prep. We are on a ground well. Please do not waste water.

PROHIBITED VEHICLES

Unauthorized vehicles include, but are not limited to, go-karts, pocket-bikes, small motor vehicles, ORV’s, or non-electric golf carts, drones, which are not licensed for operation on the public streets and highways of the State of Washington, cannot be operated within the park. Contact office for further details.

OBEY SPEED LIMIT

SPEED LIMIT: 5 mph. Please drive slowly. Our gravel roads can raise invasive dust clouds are you pass our neighbors and other campers. Please slow down to help ensure everyone enjoys their stay!

MAXIMUM LENGTH OF STAY

No site shall be occupied more than 30 days. During that period, you are expected to coordinate with landscaping to allow watering, mowing and any needed maintenance. If required, you may be moved to a different site at the discretion of management to ensure completion of its operation policies or emergency fixes or other items.

SATELLITE INTERNET

Starlink Satellite Internet is provided. Due to density of mature trees, some sites do not receive a strong signal.

WILD ANIMALS ARE DANGEROUS

We are lucky to be surrounded by wild animals who call this home. However, they can be unpredictable and dangerous. IMPORTANT: Do not approach, attempt to feed or touch them. Do not feed wildlife or leave food outside that could attract animals. Secure your garbage.

HELP BUILD A FRIENDLY COMMUNITY

We highly value our guests. See our notice board for important information about group activities we are offering during your stay. Join in, say hello, enjoy some fun and make some memories.

TRASH DISPOSAL

Dispose of all trash in designated dumpsters or trash receptacles. Don't leave food or bags of trash outside your vehicle. We have bears and other critters in the area. Help us keep everyone, including the Bears, safe.

QUIET HOURS

Maintain quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. All outdoor music, video and loud conversations must be concluded. Noise complaints may result in eviction.

CHILDREN SUPERVISION

Children must be supervised at all times. Please be especially vigilant near water and around vehicles. We don't want any of our treasured guests to be injured.

LOSS & DAMAGE of PERSONAL PROPERTY

The campground is not responsible for loss incurred due to damage or theft during your stay. PLEASE SECURE ALL PROPERTY.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

No illegal substances, fireworks, hunting, target practice or weapons are allowed.

PET RESTRICTIONS

SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. TAKE CARE!

NO LIFEGUARDS ON DUTY! Please swim at your own risk. No unattended children!

NO SMOKING ALLOWED

MARIJUANA and TOBACCO: No smoking. IT IS UNLAWFUL TO OPEN A PACKAGE CONTAINING MARIJUANA, OR TO USE ANY PRODUCTS CONTAINING MARIJUANA IN VIEW OF THE PUBLIC– RCW 69.50.445.

EXTRA VEHICLE RESTRICTIONS

Guests are allowed one non-RV vehicle per site. If you arrive in a trailer, your pull vehicle is your additional vehicle. If you arrive in a motorhome, one additional vehicle is allowed. Please Park your additional vehicle in front of your RV. We charge $5 per night fee for extra vehicle. Must be parked in designated area.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Option 1: If you chose the option to pay a lower price for your nightly stays at purchase, you won't receive a refund if you cancel at any time. Option 2: If you pay the normal site fee without the discount options, then your reservation is charged a non-refundable processing fee of $10. If you cancel your reservation online within 14 days prior to your Check In time, you will receive a refund of your purchase price MINUS the $10 processing fee. Option 2A: If you cancel 7 days prior to your Check In time, you will receive a 50% refund of your purchase price less $10. Option 2B: If you cancel within 7 days prior to your Check In time, you will not receive a refund.

CHOOSING CORRECT SITE SIZE

You are responsible for selecting the right size site for your RV. If your RV exceeds the size parameters for the site you booked, you risk forfeiting your site fee and reservation. We will do our best to relocate you appropriately, however site relocation is not guaranteed.

OBSERVE BURN BANS. PREVENT FOREST FIRES

We live in a dense forest. Please protect our valuable resource. Burning of open fires, use of charcoal and discarding of smoking materials in vegetation is prohibited and subject to minimum $500.00 fine.

EMERGENCY EVACUATION

FOREST FIRES ARE A DANGER IN THIS AREA. IF A FIRE CAN BE SEEN FROM THE CAMPGROUND, NOTIFY 911. FIRE STATION #9 WILL PROVIDE DIRECTION ON EVACUATION PHASES. IF WE ARE ASKED TO EVACUATE, THEY WILL GUIDE A SAFE EVACUATION FLOW OFF THE PROPERTY.

MEDICAL ASSISTANCE

KITTITAS VALLEY URGENT CARE IS LOCATED IN DOWNTOWN CLE ELUM NEXT TO THE FLAG PARK. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO BE DRIVEN, CALL 911 AND AN AMBULANCE WILL PICK YOU UP. LAKE SENA CAMPGROUND, 651 LUND LN, CLE ELUM.

POLICY AND RULE ENFORCEMENT

We reserve the right to ask people to leave the premises for noncompliance of any of our rules. If asked to leave, refunds will not be issued. There are no exceptions to these rules. The first violation of these rules can result in eviction from the RV Park with NO Refund.
