Check In
Upon check-in, please go directly to the office. If you are arriving after 9 pm, you can check in at the office the following morning.
Rules & Regulations
Drivers
The driver must be 18 years old and older.Quiet Time
Quiet time is from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.RV Slots
Use only the RV slots assigned to you. Please do not move into another space without contacting and getting approval from the office.Smoking/Alcohol
No smoking or alcohol in the office, restrooms, or laundry area.SITE MAINTENANCE
All spaces must be kept orderly and clean, litter-free, including cigarette butts.No clotheslines. No boxes, tools, junk. Open campfires are prohibited. BBQ grill is acceptable.Music & TV
Please keep music and TV volumes low as a courtesy to your neighbor.Drugs
The use or possession of illegal drugs constitutes immediate eviction from Lea County RV park.Firearms
Discharging of firearms is prohibited at all times.Oil Changes
Please do not change oil, tires, or work on vehicles in the park.Fireworks
The use of fireworks, slingshots, or BB guns is prohibited.Vehicle Washing
No RV or vehicle washing in the park.Pets
Pets are allowed but must adhere to the pet rule contract, and you must provide pet vaccination paperwork.Visitors
You are responsible for your visitors, adults, and children.Your visitors are not allowed to bring pets into the RV park.Dumpsters
There is a large dumpster in the northeast corner of the property that you can use for household-type refuse only. Do not dump any hazardous debris.Parking
Only one RV and two vehicles per space. Do not park in a vacant RV space or gravel areas.Bussines Operations
Any type of business operation in the campground is prohibited.Sewer/Water
