Campground Overview

Logan's Pass is conveniently located just 2.0 miles off Interstate 20/59 at exit 73 on Highway 82 east in Tuscaloosa, AL 35405.  All lots are large and shaded with full hookups.  All sites have 30 and 50 amps available.  It is located near Walmart, Sam's Academy Sports, movie theater, restaurants, family entertainment centers. We are conveniently located to the University of Alabama.

Bryant-Denny Stadium, Riverwalk at Sunset, The University Alabama, Paul Bryant Museum, Children's Hands on Museum, Moundville Archaeological Park, Tannehill Historical State Park, Tuscaloosa Amphitheater, Bama Theatre, Famous Dreamland Ribs. 

If water activities are what you are looking for Tuscaloosa on located on the Black Warrior River and surrounded by Lake Tuscaloosa.

Family Fun is also close to the park, they include Shindigs, Upsurge, Skate zone and Bowlero.

Lots of shopping in restaurants just minutes away.

Rules

Evacuation

Tornado, tropical storms and hurricanes may require you to vacate the park if there is a mandatory evacuation or if management deems it unsafe for you to stay. There are no refunds due to weather except for mandatory evacuations. However, vouchers may be given for mandatory evacuations. Storm shelters are located around the city..

Cancellation policies

Reservation must be paid in full at the time of booking. If your reservation is cancelled 7 days prior to arrival guest are charged a $25.00 cancellation fee. If your reservation is cancelled 3 days prior to arrival guest are charged the equivalent of one night's stay. No refunds will be issued for long term stays or football packages. No cancellation for reservations made during September 1 thru November 30. This is considered high season for park.

Park Rules and Regulations

• As our guests, please observe the following rules, and most importantly, remember the Golden Rule, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” • All guests should be courteous to other guests, ensuring noise levels are acceptable even during the day. Loud music is not permitted at any time. RV owners shall be responsible for the conduct of their family members, guests, and visitors while at the resort. RV owners, their family members, guests, or visitors who create a disturbance or behave in a manner that constitutes a threat or substantial nuisance to other RV resort guests will not be allowed to remain on the property. • Quiet time is 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. No motorcycles, diesel vehicles, or other vehicles with louder than normal exhaust may be operated inside the RV resort during this time. • Please place trash in plastic bags. Dispose of garbage in the provided dumpsters. Garbage pickup will be on Mondays. • Do not flush anything in the toilets other than the toilet paper provided. • Please do not tamper with the landscaping, electric, or plumbing systems. • No soliciting, peddling, loitering, trespassing, or trading is allowed in the park. • Criminal or drug-related activity in or near the resort will not be tolerated • No RV deemed to be in “poor” condition will be allowed in the park. • All RV’s must be leveled and supported with the proper equipment. • Failure to pay fees will prevent renewal of any term agreements.

Day guest

DAY GUEST POLICY • All day guests must check in and may be required to pay the guest fee at the office during office hours. $25.00 • Day guests are limited to 4 per day. • Guest passes may not be available during high season and holidays. • Day guest are guests are required to leave by 10 pm. • No guests are allowed to stay overnight unless approve by management.

Site rules

SITE RULES • Observe and obey all park rules. • Please respect guest’s privacy by not walking through occupied sites. • All waste disposal hookups must be sealed with all hoses and connections free of leaks. • Trash is to be disposed in park dumpster. Please do not litter or leave trash laying in area. . Please do NOT set trash out overnight. • Please keep your campsite area neat and organized. • ONLY 2 cars per site. • Maximum of 6 persons per site and no more than 4 adults per site. • No motorized vehicles on the grass. OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE: • Only customary outdoor patio/lawn furniture and accessories may be left outside. • Please close awnings, canopies and umbrellas when RV is unattended. Strong winds can cause serious damage or loss of property. • Traditional Grills allowed. PROHIBITED/DON’TS: • Tents or Tarps • Pools, Hot Tubs • Perimeter fencing/pet fences or pet pens • Clotheslines • Indoor Furniture • Open Trailers • Affixing to Trees • No ATV’s/ Mini Bikes/ Go Carts or Side

Check in and Check out

Check-in is at 1:00 pm. Check-out is at 11:00 am. Please call in advance if you will be arriving late. Quite time is from 10 p, to 7 am.

Management not Responsible.

Management is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss to either person or property. The owner/management of Logan's Pass absolve themselves from all liability and responsibility pertaining to loss by fire, theft, weather, acts of God, property damage, accident or any other cause whatsoever, and guest agree to save, protect and hold harmless Logan’s Pass owner’s all such liability.

Customer's responsibility

Any customer or guest destroying/damaging park or other customer’s property will be required to make restitution. Any electrical, water or sewer problem or damaged cause by the tenant will be the financial responsibility of that tenant. Customers or guest shall not make any alteration to the electric, water or sewer connections provided by the park. Logan’s Pass shall not have any responsibility for the condition or functioning of any pipes, conduits or wires from such point of connection to the guest’s RV. Wastewater must be disposed of properly; no dumping on the ground. Please use the appropriate sewer connection.

Children

Parents are responsible for the whereabouts, safety and conduct of their children at all times. All minors children must have adult supervision and must not be left in the park alone.

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome and must be kept on a leash or confined to the RV owner’s site at all times. (This is a State Law.) Up to two pets, subject to approval per site. All pet waste is to be cleaned up as soon as deposited including the RV owner’s site. This is a health issue and if you do not comply you will be asked to vacate the park. We prohibit breeds as having aggressive or unfriendly behavior to both dogs/cats and humans. Breeds restricted are: Pit bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, American Bulldogs, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas and Mastiffs. If your pet shows aggressive behavior, you will be asked to remove the animal from the park. Pets must be on leashes or contained when outside. No animal is to be left outside the RV when owner is away from sit. No excessive barking or disturbing other tenant will be allowed.

Vehicle Policy

Management is not responsible for damage, injury or loss to either person or property. The management of Logan's Pass absolve themselves from all liability and responsibility for loss by fire, theft, weather, acts of God, property damage, and accidents. RV's and automobiles must be currently registered, in good running order and operated by a licensed driver. Issues such as flat tires, dead battery, leaks, broken windows or is deemed to be in general poor condition, including exterior, may not be parked with the RV. All vehicle repairs, maintenance and washing RV's are prohibited. Speed limits is 5 mph and is strictly enforced Any vehicle parked illegally is subject to being towed at owner's expense.
