General Policies
1. Check-In: 1:00pm - Check-out: 12:00pm, Notify office of late checkout or guest staying overnight! 2. Office Hours: Approx., 10:00am-5:00pm Mon.,Tues.,Thurs.,Fri.,Sat.,Sun.,Closed Wed. 3. Monthly Rental: Due from the date you arrived to same date of next month. We allow 3 days to pay rent, if not paid by 4th day, it is a $35.00 charge & $17.50 charge each day there after. 4. No parking on grass, park on limerock,either end of site! Firepit fires only, ask for firepit & buy your wood here. No wood will be brought into park, from outside! If brought into park, it will be cause for Eviction, without any refunds! Quite Time; 11:00pm-9:00am! Drive speed limit in park, If you do not, You will get a notice from office, 3 notices will be cause for Eviction, without refunds! 5. Lucky Charm RV Park llc. is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, lost, stolen or damaged property, power outages, including any & all acts of God or Nature! 6. Golf Carts & Washing Autos: Only licensed drivers can drive golf carts in park! You can wash your vehicle! 7. Illegal drugs, fire arms, violence or crime of any kind will not be tolerated in the park! Sheriffs Office will be called & if you are arrested, it will be cause for eviction, without notice or refund! If your RV is left on our property, there will be a $10.00 a day charge for storing it on site. You must settle with office before moving your RV from the park! No one is to stay in your RV, while you are incarcerated! 8. Pets: Owners are responsible for their pets at all times! Pets must be leashed when off of your site &/or out of your control, they can have a lead line or small fenced area on your site or they can be leash free in the fenced pet play area. Please take turns & never leave pets unattended! if your pet goes off your site or is not in your control, pet must then have a lead line on them, on site for the duration of your stay! You much always pick-up after you pets, No Exceptions and place waste in a bag, then put it in trash! You much have your pets papers/shots records with you, so keep in mind to contact your Vet., and have them send you a copy! Your dog/dogs are your responsibility! 9. We are an adult friendly park, our guest must be 40 yrs. old or older! We do on occasion allow Grand-Children to stay in our park 1 - 2 days in the summer, mostly. Grand-Parents takes full responsiblity for their Grand-Children. Security: Owners, D.C. Sheriffs Deputies & COPS, will be in & out of park! They can & will be in marked/unmarked cars/trucks! 10. RV & Site Cleanliness: Sites much be kept clean & look good at all times, with no clutter! Do not leave anything on grass to be cut! Please respect the park & the people in it, by not leaving clutter/trash anywhere in the park! Dumpster is for your conveinence, Breakdown all boxes before placing in dumsper! PARK RULES & REGULATIONS CAN CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE & WILL BE POSTED IN THE PARK AT THAT TIME. BY SIGNING BELOW, YOU ACTKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ & UNDERSTAND ALL THE ABOVE WRITTEN RULES & REGULATIONS AND WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEM INCLUDING YOUR GUEST, DURING YOUR STAY OR VISIT IN THE OUR PARK. WE MUST HAVE A COPY OF YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE/ID, TO STAY IN OUR PARK!Pets
